As a Vice President at Reinarz & Associates, Carla continually demonstrates her remarkable aptitude for analytical thinking and results oriented problem solving. While naturally gifted with a mind for mathematics and language, it is her motivation for managing success that allows her to excel equally as our account and project management director, technical system architect and internal operations director.

Carla has over ten years experience managing and architecting complex, web-based applications. Since 1995 she has worked on numerous innovative projects including Agnes Scott College's Admissions Application, IBM’s Investor Relations Web Site, Marshall's Web Site, Experience Online's suite of web-based products for new job seekers, Macromedia's online Annual Report, Sterling Commerce's Web Site, and Motorola's online Annual Report.

Carla has a reputation for delivering projects with consistently excellent results—on time and on budget. Additionally, she is an expert database designer with knowledge of MS SQL Server, Oracle 8i, MySQL, Postgres, and Access. She is also an experienced system architect having designed a number of web-based applications ranging from content management systems to college admissions applications to project management applications. Her broad programming language expertise includes ASP, Cold Fusion, PHP, SQL, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
