A worldwide leader in research and development, Compaq has taken full advantage of the internet and its tools in their research and product development cycle.

Their Challenge
Compaq had hired a large web development agency to develop a single site around the Interwoven TeamSite Content Management system that would bring together the individual research and development sites they were currently using. While the agency delivered templates for the system, the implementation and migration of data from half-a-dozen large, internal sites was left to the team at Compaq, who very quickly realized it was a task they needed help with.

Our Solution
To expedite the implementation and migration process, we assembled a team consisting of Project Management, Technical Development and Creative Direction, supplemented by Compaq's internal team, to quickly evaluate the system and the process for completion of the site.

Working closely with the client's internal team, we were able to efficiently manage the process on time and on budget with full client satisfaction.
